How does Tech Show London ensure a high-quality audience for exhibitors?
Audience quality is central to the value Tech Show London delivers to exhibitors. The event is free to attend for genuine technology buyers and end users, including senior decision-makers and practitioners involved in researching, evaluating, implementing and managing technology across cloud, AI, cyber security, data, DevOps and infrastructure. All attendees must register for a valid ticket before entering, with tickets scanned on arrival to provide a verified record of attendance. We also use registration information and audience targeting to build a profile of attendees by role, seniority, organisation and areas of responsibility.
To protect the integrity of this buyer-focused audience, service and solution providers attend through a separate paid commercial delegate rate. This clear distinction, combined with registration requirements and attendance tracking, helps keep the event focused on relevant buyers and supports more meaningful conversations, stronger lead quality and better ROI for exhibitors.
How do I get to Excel London?
If you are travelling by public transport, the nearest station is Custom House. This is part of the Elizabeth Line and the DLR. Use the TFL Journey Planner to plan your route or view on Google Maps. What accommodation is available?
Tech Show London has a number of exclusive accommodation offers in London, within 10 minutes of Excel and with easy access to Central London, available to those who are visiting and exhibiting at the event. You can access these hotel offers via our partner Event Express.
Are there parking spaces available?

How can I register as a visitor?
You can register your interest for 2027 here. Your badge will provide you with free access to all our co-located shows: Cloud & AI Infrastructure, DevOps Live, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Big Data & AI World and Data Centre World.
How do I register for just one day?
There is no need to select which day you are attending. Your badge will allow you free entry towards Tech Show London for the entire duration of the event. Also, if you can only make it for an hour or two, that is okay too!
Can students attend the event?
Due to the B2B nature of the event, student attendance is limited. This year we partnered with the University of East London to develop a more focused student programme. Students were able to register, but all student registrations remained pending and subject to review closer to the event.
Approved student registrants will ONLY be permitted to attend Tech Show London on day 2 of the show from 14:00PM, where our student-focused content will take your talent to the next level.
How can I book a seminar or keynote session?
The seminar and keynote sessions are free to attend and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Closer to the event, we activate a networking platform called Connect at Tech Show London, where you'll be able to plan your visit by building a conference session schedule and merging it with your personal calendar.
What happens if I don't receive my badge beforehand?
When you register you will be sent a confirmation email. This email contains your 5 digit registration code. Simply print off this email or note down the code and bring it with you to the show where we will print you another badge.
If you forget your code, just provide your name at the registration desk and we will locate your registration details to print your entry badge.
How accessible is the event?
Tech Show London prioritises accessibility for everyone. From accessible registration desks to a mix of seating options. Our theatres feature supportive chairs, wheelchair spaces, hearing loops, and speaker support for accessible presentations. Our commitment ensures a seamless, welcoming experience for all attendees.
