Tech Show London is the UK's most important technology event for tech professionals. Tech Show London encompasses five industry-leading co-located events; Cloud & AI Infrastructure; DevOps Live; Cloud & Cyber Security Expo; Big Data & AI World and Data Centre World.

What is the price of admission?

Tech Show London is a free-to-attend event for buyers and consumers of technology solutions.

Service or solution providers can secure their place at the following rate(s):

£149+ VAT* before 31st December 2024

£199+ VAT* from 1st January 2025

£249+VAT* from 12th March 2025 (On-site)

How do I get to Excel London?

If you are travelling by public transport, the nearest station is Custom House. This is part of the Elizabeth Line and the DLR. Use the TFL Journey Planner to plan your route or view on Google Maps. What accommodation is available?

Tech Show London has a number of exclusive accommodation offers in London, within 10 minutes of Excel and with easy access to Central London, available to those who are visiting and exhibiting at the event. You can access these hotel offers via our partner Event Express.

Are there parking spaces available?

There are parking spaces available around the Excel and for Sat Nav purposes, please use postcode E16 1DR. More information on parking spaces around the location can be found here.

How can I register as a visitor?

You can register your interest here. Your badge will provide you with free access to all our co-located shows: Cloud & AI Infrastructure, DevOps Live, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Big Data & AI World and Data Centre World. 

How do I register for just one day?

There is no need to select which day you are attending. Your badge will allow you free entry towards Tech Show London for the entire duration of the event. Also, if you can only make it for an hour or two, that is okay too!

Can students attend the event?

Absolutely! But act fast—only 1,500 student tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is your chance to connect with industry leaders, discover cutting-edge innovations, and take your first step on the ladder into the tech industry. Click here to register your interest.

Approved student registrants will ONLY be permitted to attend Tech Show London on day 2 of the show from 14:00PM, where our student-focused content will take your talent to the next level.

How can I book a seminar or keynote session?

The seminar and keynote sessions are free to attend and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Closer to the event, we activate a networking platform called Connect at Tech Show London, where you'll be able to plan your visit by building a conference session schedule and merging it with your personal calendar.

When will I receive my badge?

You will receive your badge by post approximately 2 weeks before the show.

What happens if I don't receive my badge beforehand?

When you register you will be sent a confirmation email. This email contains your 5 digit registration code. Simply print off this email or note down the code and bring it with you to the show where we will print you another badge.

If you forget your code, just provide your name at the registration desk and we will locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

What happens if I need a Visa Letter?

We are not currently issuing Visa letters. The application form will be available in winter 2025.

Is there somewhere to leave my belongings?

Yes, Excel has cloakrooms where you can leave your belongings for a small charge.

Can children enter the show?

As a professional networking environment, we kindly ask that attendees do not bring children to the event.

How accessible is the event?

Tech Show London prioritises accessibility for everyone. From accessible registration desks to quiet rooms and a mix of seating options. Our theatres feature supportive chairs, wheelchair spaces, hearing loops, and speaker support for accessible presentations. Our commitment ensures a seamless, welcoming experience for all attendees.
