Hexonic heat exchangers, based on advanced plate technology, are
designed precisely to meet these requirements. They provide stable operation in
process-cooling systems, water–glycol circuits, and installations using free
cooling, helping reduce energy consumption of pumps and chillers while enabling
more compact system designs.
Thanks to extensive customization options, our units can be perfectly
adapted to specific project needs – from compact, containerized modules with
capacities of 0.5–2 MW (LM, LD235, LE400, LF700 series) to large-scale
installations exceeding 10 MW, implemented using JAG plate and frame heat
exchangers (including JFG-200 and JFH-200 models).
In data center projects, fast execution and consistent global supply are
also crucial. Our production capabilities allow efficient handling of large and
urgent orders while maintaining full compliance with international standards
(ASME, PED, AHRI, U-stamp). For global clients, we develop solutions that can
be deployed without modification in different regions worldwide, ensuring
design and documentation consistency.
Additionally, features such as asymmetric flow channels, the RDS
refrigerant distribution system, and SafePLATE construction increase
efficiency, safety, and durability of heat exchangers in demanding
continuous-operation conditions.
