Nautilus Data Technologies Secures Strategic Series B Funding to Expand Facility-Scale Liquid Cooling Platform Globally

Nautilus Data Technologies, Inc. Stand: B200

San Ramon, CA — Nautilus Data Technologies, a leader in facility-scale liquid cooling, announced today it has closed a Series B financing round, led by Pangaea Ventures. The new capital will be used to support scaling manufacturing and order fulfillment, expand sales, marketing, and channel partnerships, and accelerate ongoing product innovation. The funding will also advance Nautilus’ expansion across the United States and Europe and support the company’s pursuit of NVIDIA DA-12515 certification, further strengthening its position as a trusted provider of AI-ready data center infrastructure.

Nautilus is spearheading modular, facility-scale liquid cooling infrastructure, from its prefabricated EcoCore data hall solutions to high-capacity Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) capable of serving everything from row-level to multi-megawatt facility AI workloads, enabling customers to deploy high-density, efficient data centers faster and more sustainably.

“This funding comes at a pivotal moment not just for Nautilus, but for the industry,” said Rob Pfleging, CEO of Nautilus Data Technologies. “The market is already experiencing expansive growth, driven by AI and high-performance computing. This investment enables us to further reduce lead times, expand manufacturing capacity globally and scale to meet ongoing demand.”

As part of the agreement, Chris Erickson, founding General Partner of Pangaea Ventures, has joined Nautilus’ Board of Directors. Erickson brings more than 25 years of experience and currently serves on the boards of multiple portfolio companies.

“Rob Pfleging and the Nautilus team have the technical depth and execution discipline needed to set the new standard for AI data center buildouts,” said Chris Erickson, founding General Partner of Pangaea Ventures. “Nautilus’ rapid, modular liquid cooling solutions are arriving at exactly the right time to redefine what efficient, sustainable capacity expansion looks like. This is precisely the kind of transformative hard tech innovation that Pangaea looks to back.”

The Series B investment supports Nautilus’ long-term strategy to scale its proven technology and infrastructure into a massive global market opportunity, while adding a strategic investor with deep expertise in commercializing breakthrough infrastructure technologies.
