H V Wooding Ltd specialises in the manufacture of precision copper busbars used within modern data centre power distribution systems. Our components support applications including UPS systems, switchgear assemblies, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformers and high-current distribution panels.

Busbars are manufactured from copper and aluminium to customer specification, with a complete in-house process covering laser cutting, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, forming and finishing. We also provide in-house electroplating and powder coating, ensuring consistent quality, electrical performance and corrosion protection.
