How It’s Delivered - Onboarding
Espria configures secure tenant access, sets monitoring baselines and establishes communication channels. Before onboarding begins, Espria completes a Well Architected Review to validate your environment against minimum service standards. Any required remediation is delivered as a separate project before managed services commence.

Core Service Fee - A fixed monthly fee based on service complexity (not VM count). Factors include:

Standard - £1,000/month: light to moderate workloads
Enhanced - £1,750/month: hybrid, identity-intensive or multi-region environments
Premium - £2,500/month: high availability, compliance driven or regulated workloads
Variable Consumption Fees
Standard Hours - 20% of total Azure consumption (calculated pre-discounts and accounts for increased support load at scale)
24/7 Support - 30% of total Azure consumption (calculated pre-discounts and accounts for increased support load at scale)
Optional Add-Ons
24/7 Support Coverage - Starting from £350–£750 depending on the tier
Monthly Executive Reporting - From £250 (Standard tier)
Additional Services (e.g. Azure Site Recovery, Complex Network Architecture, DR Planning) - Priced separately
