The Essentials package provides the core foundation of backup and continuity services, including a technical business continuity strategy, backup monitoring, monthly backup reports, monthly file restore tests with quarterly server restore tests, off‑site configuration backups and full support for on‑site backup software and infrastructure. The Standard package includes everything in Essentials and extends coverage with an initial backup infrastructure assessment and audit report, disaster lifecycle planning, application‑specific backup and restoration strategy and regular reports from a dedicated service delivery manager. Finally, the Premium package includes all Standard features plus out‑of‑hours support, a quarterly full backup infrastructure assessment and audit report, an annual in‑person expert visit to advise on business continuity strategy and a full annual disaster recovery (DR) test, offering the highest level of protection and strategic oversight.
