NGC’s Rear-Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx) is engineered for high-density AI and HPC environments where thermal stability and rapid load response are critical. The system delivers precise rack-level cooling by combining high fluid-forward temperatures with an integrated distributed pumping design. Each door houses its own fast-response circulation pump, allowing the unit to react to thermal changes in under 0.5 seconds.

Operating with 22–30°C supply temperatures and return temperatures up to 56°C, the RDHx reduces hydraulic stress, improves energy efficiency, and increases free-cooling potential across most European climates.
Because cooling happens directly at the rack, airflow pathways are short, predictable, and highly controlled ensuring stable IT inlet temperatures even under rapidly shifting AI workloads.

The RDHx is designed with minimal complexity and a service-free hydraulic concept, resulting in long lifetime, predictable performance, and reduced operational risk.


Developed and manufactured in Europe, each unit undergoes strict quality control and integrates seamlessly into both retrofit and new-build data-center environments.
