As the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in the UK and Ireland, I lead on the global CSR agenda in the region, with a focus on education and skilling through our STEM programmes for schools and teacher CPD, community engagement through partnerships, volunteering and TCS's sponsorships, and engaging our employees and clients in the great work we are doing. With over 25 years of global experience in diverse sectors and roles, I have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing impactful programmes and initiatives that create positive change and make a difference in the world. I am passionate about education for all, lifelong learning, and wellbeing as a key part of work and life. I hold a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Harvard University, a Bachelor's in French and Italian from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and I have extensive experience in educational programme management, international higher education, and charity governance. I am also a customer success expert, with skills in workshop facilitation, customer relationship management, and stakeholder engagement. I am an entrepreneur, a charity founder, and an exceptional connector of people. I believe that businesses should do good for their communities and the world, and their bottom lines will positively reflect those practices.
