Ana Reiley is Chief of Staff to the CEO of Visa Europe, with responsibility for driving strategic execution and leadership alignment across the region. Partnering closely with the CEO and European Leadership Team, she helps translate Visa’s strategy into action across priority initiatives. Ana also leads Visa Europe’s flagship events and leadership forums, creating platforms that strengthen client relationships, accelerate partnerships, and reinforce Visa’s role at the centre of the European payments ecosystem. She began her career in engineering before moving into strategic management advisory roles, and has spent more than 15 years working at the intersection of digital transformation, innovation, and product leadership within the payments industry, including roles at Visa and American Express. Ana holds a degree in Production Engineering and a Master’s in Business Management. She has lived, studied, and worked across Venezuela, Spain, the UK, and the United States.
