By bridging the gap between research and practice, Anna designs and delivers data-driven, evidence-based solutions that help individuals and organisations grow. Her work lies at the intersection of intercultural competence, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), social justice, social innovation, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Since 2004, she has been working internationally as a trainer and consultant, delivering projects across Europe, South America, and Africa. Anna supports businesses, public institutions, the healthcare sector, and academia through programs focused on inclusive leadership, psychological safety, feedback culture, intercultural competence, and DEI. She is also passionate about developing train-the-trainer initiatives for intercultural professionals.
