She is an experienced DEI and innovation consultant, working across education, business, NGOs, and public institutions. intercultures supports organisations in working better globally and in more inclusive ways via consulting, training, and coaching. The Academy for Diversity and Innovation bridges research and practice and creates a space for DEIB professionals.
