Arina is a product designer with 6 years of experience shaping digital products across startups and global consumer brands. Throughout her career, she worked at the intersection of product strategy, user-centered design, and growth. She founded W3B Design, a studio where she led end-to-end product development for clients like Metascapes. Later, working as a Lead Product Designer at Genflow, she designed 23 apps, 6 platforms, and 15 websites for leading creators and public figures, including Chris Williamson. She then led product design at Shreddy, that grew 100K to 900K users under her management. Arina is now a Senior Product Designer at Taxfix, helping elevate the company’s product ecosystem and driving initiatives focused on customer experience and product performance. Alongside her full-time role, she mentors over 50 designers on ADPList and contributes to the design community through talks and writing on product growth, design craft, and career development.
