Ben Gliwa is Vice President of Engineering & Asset Management at Bulk Infrastructure, working closely with customers deploying high-density AI, HPC and hyperscale workloads across the Nordics. With more than 15 years’ experience operating mission-critical infrastructure across Europe, the UK and Asia-Pacific, he brings technical expertise and operator-led perspective to scaling AI infrastructure safely and reliably. At Bulk, Ben leads the full lifecycle strategy for AI-ready, hyperscale and colocation data-centre assets, from deployment and capacity planning through to long-term optimisation. His engineering team is focused on operational excellence in GPU-dense environments - ensuring power, cooling, resilience and scale predictably as customer workloads grow and evolve. Previously at Amazon Web Services and Equinix Sweden, Ben built high-performing engineering teams and mature operating models that supported hyperscale data-centre performance and EMEA-wide programmes, enabling customers to deploy next-generation AI and HPC workloads faster and at scale.
