Ben Richardson is the Global Modularisation Lead and Global Account Manager for Grid Technologies at Siemens Energy, with over 16 years of experience in the energy industry. He leads a global modularisation initiative for data center power infrastructure, covering both high voltage substations and critical grid connection products, using pre engineered, factory tested architectures to compress deployment timelines and close the gap between AI capacity demand and grid delivery speed. In his customer facing role, Ben works directly with the world’s largest cloud and colocation providers to translate GW scale roadmaps into executable power designs, aligning commercial, technical, and grid access constraints into build ready solutions.
