Brian Condon
Independent Consultant
Brian Condon is co-founder of networks.coop and an independent infrastructure strategist working on regenerative digital and energy systems. With over 25 years’ experience across ICT, economic modelling and place-based infrastructure, his work focuses on deployable, networked micro–data centre models (100kW–2MW) that reduce the cost of resilience through inter-site redundancy while accelerating delivery in grid-constrained regions.
Through networks.coop, Brian develops integrated power strategies combining on-site renewables, private-wire and PPAs, flexibility participation with DNOs, and immersion or high-efficiency cooling to enable heat re-use. His current work includes Village Heat Share (VHS), a programme exploring how distributed compute can anchor community-scale heat networks, lock in long-term local value, and strengthen sovereign data capacity.
He brings systems level experience: aligning resilience, sovereignty, power strategy and governance so that infrastructure not only meets security and compliance requirements, but also decarbonises heat, reduces fuel poverty and creates durable social and economic benefit.
