Frank Satterwhite is a globally recognized cybersecurity leader and trusted authority on
protecting critical digital infrastructure. He has advised on cyber reslience strategies and led the response and remediation of cyber incidents with significant financial, geopolitical, and national-security impact. He has deep experience coordinating defenses across military, government, communications, financial, health, and global business environments for organizations such as o2 Telefonica, Fresenius, SAP, and European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.
Throughout much of his career, Frank held high-level security clearances with both NATO and the U.S. Department of Defense, operating in classified, joint warfighting environments. His work focused on securing, integrating, and strengthening the interoperability of mission-critical systems essential to collective defense and operational resilience.
Frank is a proven technical and operational leader with deep expertise in encryption, PKI, defense-in-depth cybersecurity engineering, AI, and large-scale incident response and crisis management. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and the George Mason University Volgenau School of Engineering with deep ties to Silicon Valley. In addition, he is a highly certified cybersecurity and AI instructor and an authorized ISACA training partner.
