Hashmeera Patel is a cyber security leader specialising in helping organisations strengthen their security posture against evolving cyber threats in complex and highly regulated environments. She supports organisations in designing and implementing security strategies that enhance detection, response and overall cyber resilience. With experience across cyber operations and threat defence, Hashmeera works at the intersection of technical security and business risk, helping organisations prepare for and respond effectively to cyber incidents. Alongside her professional role, Hashmeera serves as Head of Partnerships for Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS), driving collaboration across industry to expand opportunities, promote inclusion and support future cyber talent.
