Isabell Gruebner is Director of Enterprise AI Products at AstraZeneca, where she delivers advanced AI systems that enable strategic decision-making across the pharma ecosystem. She specialises in applying state-of-the-art methods — including graph machine learning, computer vision, generative AI, and agentic workflows — in enterprise settings where adoption and governance are as critical as technical capability. With a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, Isabell brings a first-principles approach to AI strategy. She believes AI should deliver lasting value to existing workflows with minimal disruption, and pursues simple, effective solutions with tangible results. She has led cross-functional initiatives bridging AI possibilities with operational and regulatory realities.
