Jack Neill is a water treatment professional with eight years’ experience across the UK and New Zealand water industries. He currently works at Xylem, where he has spent just over two years supporting industrial customers with advanced water treatment technologies.
Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Chemical and Process Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for his work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and resilience. His career has spanned a range of water applications, giving him a practical understanding of how water systems must perform reliably under operational, regulatory, and environmental pressures.
In his current role, Jack focuses on delivering tailored water treatment solutions to the UK industrial market, helping organisations improve efficiency, protect critical assets, and enhance system resilience. He brings a hands-on, engineering-led perspective to discussions around operational transformation, sustainability, and the future of industrial water management.
