Jaclyn Schmidt is the Director of Service Offering in EMEA for Vertiv, where she oversees the full-service portfolio supporting all product lines across the region. She leads the development of scalable, customer-focused service solutions that strengthen operational performance, enhance lifecycle value, and support profitable growth. Jaclyn partners closely with global and regional service organizations, helping ensure alignment on strategy, deployment, and continuous improvement across the entire services landscape. Before joining Vertiv in 2024, Jaclyn worked for half a decade in CoolIT, where she was the Director of Product Deployment. Prior to that, she gained extensive experience in professional services and customized solutions in the oil and gas sector, covering positions that involved field work, account management, sales, design, and operations. Jaclyn holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a certified Data Centre Professional. She is known for driving innovative, on-site solutions and advancing the future of services across the data centre industry.
