Jasmin Rai is a cyber and technology resilience consultant working at the front line of cyber disruption, recovery and transformation in highly regulated financial services. She specialises in turning complex risk, regulation and technology into practical resilience strategies that actually work when organisations are under pressure. With experience delivering large-scale cyber recovery and operational resilience programmes across the UK, Europe and US. Jasmin has extensive experience in cyber resilient technology, recovery environments, cloud resilient architectures and executive-level response frameworks for major global banks. Her work bridges strategy and execution — from regulatory alignment and governance design to real-world recovery testing and crisis readiness. Beyond consulting, Jasmin’s secondary role is as UK&I Community Lead for Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), where she champions inclusion, community-building and leadership development across the cyber profession. Jasmin’s experience lends a bold, human-first perspective to cyber resilience, incident response and AI. She affirms that resilience isn’t built in theory or tooling alone — it’s forged in culture, clarity, leadership and the ability to make strong decisions when it matters most.
