He brings a wealth of transaction and execution knowledge having led a large number of public and private M&A transactions as well as advised on capital raising and JVs for corporate and private equity clients across Europe and the Middle East. Areas of expertise comprise M&A Origination / Execution, Corporate Strategy, Cross-border transactions, Carve-outs. Deep knowledge and understanding of Communication infrastructure (data centre, towers, fibre) and Real Assets.
