Jinél Fourie is a strategic public policy leader with over 12 years of international experience specialisin at the intersection of public stakeholders, the private sector, and transformative technologies. She is Director of Public Policy, EMEA at Vantage Data Centers, where she built and leads the regional public policy and community engagement function across more than a dozen markets, positioning public policy as a business enabler for large-scale investment in AI-ready digital infrastructure, energy reform, permitting modernisation, and European competitiveness. Alongside her policy leadership, Jinél is a committed advocate for inclusive leadership and talent development. She served as 2025 Chair of Vantage’s EMEA Women’s Network and is recognised for her thoughtful, relationship-driven leadership style that builds trust with governments, communities, and teams while delivering long-term impact. She is a regular speaker and moderator on topics including public policy leadership, digital infrastructure, AI and energy systems, and inclusive leadership in complex, fast-moving environments.
