Lena Chauhan is Founder of Rise IQ, where she helps organisations implement responsible AI within governance and risk frameworks and Co-Founder of GEN:R World (Generation Responsible AI). With 20+ years’ experience in London's financial markets, she now specialises in identifying how algorithmic systems create security vulnerabilities through cultural bias, regional exploitation patterns and community-level harm that scale to enterprise risk. Lena partners with King's College London's Responsible AI Institute and Bath University's AI research centre, speaks at policy forums and hosts "Hardwired: The Human Algorithm" exploring the intersection of humans & AI.
