Luisa Pires is the founder and Head of the Analytics Enablement Hub (AEH) within the Chief Data Office at the Bank of England, where she leads the organisation’s Analytics Strategy. Under Luisa’s leadership, AEH drives the adoption of data science and AI across the Bank, enabling the organisation to harness cutting-edge technologies for better decision-making. Previously at Accenture’s AI Centre of Excellence in Barcelona, Luisa ran global programmes across Europe and Asia, deploying predictive analytics and optimisation at scale.
