He is passionate about how technology can drive business transformation and create solutions that users love. Mark is also a frequent speaker at technology events, published writer in technology magazines and has published four fiction books, including Hello, World!, which grapples with what it means to be human, the risks and opportunities that AI presents, and the relationships we form with one another and with machines.
