Mike Gruzer is a proven expert with 24 years of experience in financial solutions development for Data Centres. During his tenure at Cisco Capital and BT, he mastered the development of flexible, "Smarter & Stronger" models, including Pay-as-you-Grow, Consumption on Demand, and Utility Models, that provide critical agility to data centre operations. Mike’s expertise spans the creation of joint finance programmes involving vendors, leasing companies, DataCentres, and IT resellers. Additionally, his focus on Residual Value solutions empowers clients to reduce total cost of ownership while maintaining an on-demand equipment upgrade path. Mike's experience as a Funding Manager at BT Group has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the business processes related to financial solutions that can be approved by Data Centres, service providers and customers. This experience was complemented by Mike’s time at Cisco Capital, where he was responsible for financial solutions development for Data Centres. Mike has obtained a deep understanding of the diverse finance products that vendor finance divisions can create and offer.
