Mustafa Dilsen began his career in the HVAC field while pursuing his Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, working as an HVAC R&D laboratory engineer focused on heat recovery applications. This role built his expertise in thermodynamic testing and system performance. He joined Eurovent Certita Certification in 2020 and was appointed Head of the Thermodynamic Department for Commercial and Industrial Products in 2024. In this role, he coordinates certification programmes for IT cooling products, chillers, and heat pumps, and actively contributes to related standardization work within CEN committees. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering.
