Natasha Nelson is Chief Technology Officer, Services. Her focus is on advancing the energy transition through sustainable, digital, and all-electric solutions. Leveraging expertise in AI, IoT and connected systems, she collaborates with teams to develop innovative use cases and interoperability strategies for mission-critical and electro-intensive industries. This role enables our organization to create scalable, secure, and value-driven solutions powered by data and intelligence. Prior to her current role, Natasha Nelson held two key positions that have shaped her expertise in IoT Platform, digital customer engagement and service. As the Vice President of EcoStruxure Power and Digital Services, she was instrumental in creating value and delivering optimal outcomes for customers through a combination of IoT, AI, analytics, cybersecurity, and field services. Building on this foundation, she served as the Vice President of Digital Engagement, where she was responsible for the end-to-end digital customer experience. These roles have provided her with a deep understanding of both the technological and user-centric aspects of digital transformation. Natasha holds a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT Sloan Fellows Program, with a Specialized focus on Digital Platform Business, Innovation, and Cybersecurity management.
