Nicky has 21 years’ experience in strategic sourcing within the UK Government, including serving as Cabinet Office Head of ICT Strategy Delivery (Efficiency and Reform Group). She led the cross-sector commercial workstream for G-Cloud, accelerating public sector cloud adoption and helping establish the framework that has since delivered over £16bn in cloud spend. A founding member and Commercial Director of UKCloud for more than a decade, Nicky has also contributed at European level, serving on the European Commission’s Expert Group on Cloud Computing Contracts and the CISPE Data Protection Task Force. She has held senior advisory and board roles across the sector, including Vice Chair of techUK’s Central Government Council, and regularly engages UK and EU policymakers on major cloud regulation issues.
