Nikki Webb is a cybersecurity leader, community champion and Director at Custodian360, a global Managed Security Services Provider delivering human-led security operations and resilience services. With more than 10 years in the industry, she specialises in supporting small and medium sized organisations, charities and regulated sectors to build practical, real-world cyber resilience. Nikki is an active member of WiCyS and a passionate advocate for inclusion, wellbeing and ethical leadership within the cybersecurity profession. She is also a driving force behind Cyber House Party, a community-led initiative that brings the industry together through music and connection while raising vital funds for charities, and she is a volunteer for The Cyber Helpline in its mission to assist victims of cybercrime. Her work sits at the intersection of technical response and human impact. She believes resilience is not built through tools and automation alone, but through leadership, empathy and clear decision making under pressure. Nikki brings an honest and grounded perspective to discussions on artificial intelligence, incident response and the responsibility cybersecurity professionals carry in protecting real people, businesses and communities.
