Dr. Parag Mehresh is currently the Director of Technical Sales at Vertiv, focusing on data center energy solutions. His extensive global leadership experience includes a six-year executive assignment in India where he grew the organization ten-fold and successfully led diverse, cross-cultural teams across North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia. As New Product Development Manager at Caterpillar Inc.'s Electrification and Energy Solutions division, he spearheaded the development of their first Fuel Cell Based Power System solution for hyperscaler data centers, while managing global partnerships and international supply chains. With over 18 years of Technical Program Management experience, Dr. Mehresh has demonstrated success in building and leading multicultural teams, transforming operations across continents, and driving sustainable practices. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and has educational background spanning three continents, having studied at IIT Delhi, India and TU-Dresden, Germany.
