Phil Beale holds an MSc in Construction Management, is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of IT (CIIT). With over 40 years’ experience, Phil has held senior leadership roles across the technology, professional consultancy and construction engineering sectors. In early 2018, Phil founded RED ICT, leading an international engineering design team delivering technology infrastructure solutions within mission-critical environments. Through a strong focus on technical excellence and delivery standards, he was instrumental in establishing RED ICT as a trusted partner to some of the world’s largest cloud providers and data centre operators. Phil recently joined Phillips Page Associates (PPA) as Director of Technology Infrastructure, where he is helping to lead the international expansion of the firm’s ICT and Security consultancy practice. A long-standing member of The DCA, the UK trade body for the data centre sector, Phil was recently appointed to the Board of the newly formed DCA Data Centre Advisory Council.
