Rachel is a product manager at Reddit, where she leads Seeker Experiences and has spent the past several years scaling search and AI products for millions of users. She has launched multiple zero-to-one initiatives, led cross-functional frontend and backend teams, and focuses on building trusted, safety-first digital experiences at scale.
Beyond Reddit, Rachel is a recognized leader in tech for social good. She has founded initiatives advancing diversity, accessibility, and mental health, and volunteers as a product manager at Taimaka, supporting engineers building digital tools that have helped treat over 12,000 children with malnutrition in Nigeria.
Her work has been featured in outlets including TechCrunch and The Verge. Rachel speaks internationally, appears on podcasts, judges hackathons, and has pledged 5% of her salary to high-impact charities through One For The World.
