She has been recognised as one of the Most Influential Women in Technology since 2017 and inducted into the Computer Weekly Hall of Fame in 2022. With a 25-year background in technology and consulting, Rav is also Founder of Cajigo, supporting women and girls to build their confidence, skills and mindsets to land a career in technology and become the leaders of tomorrow. She also runs consultancy Structur3dpeople, advising executive leaders on their people strategies, and helping them turn their organisations into engines of growth and transformation
