His work consistently improves agility, scalability, and speed of delivery across distributed teams while maintaining strong governance and architectural clarity. At TUI, Ray has driven transformation across multiple countries and domains, launched services used by thousands of colleagues, and helped modernise platforms to unlock significant gains in delivery performance and operational efficiency. He is now focused on shaping enterprise approaches to technology strategy, emerging technologies, and responsible technology adoption, helping organisations prepare for the next era of AI-enabled and agentic ways of working.
