With experience spanning some of the world's most respected organisations, Regan brings a rare blend of corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial expertise to the future of work. Before founding Connect in 2019, Regan spent nine years at Vodafone and held senior consulting roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, developing a deep understanding of enterprise technology and digital transformation. Armed with a Master's degree in Marketing and Economics, he combines commercial acumen with a sharp analytical mindset. Passionate about AI and cybersecurity, Regan founded Connect to solve a problem he witnessed firsthand. Frontline workers being left behind when it comes to secure, seamless access to workplace tools. Connect now serves leading brands across hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and logistics, delivering day-one readiness through a single QR code and one password.
