Rikke Rosenlund is the Founder and CEO of BorrowMyDoggy, which she launched in 2012 to connect dog owners with trusted local dog lovers for walks, sitting, and holiday care. Under her leadership, BorrowMyDoggy has grown into a household name in the UK and Ireland, built on trust, community, and a scalable marketplace model. Before founding BorrowMyDoggy, Rikke built an international career across financial services and the automotive industry, having started her career at the OECD working on global energy data. She has also been actively involved in volunteer work, including disaster relief, mentoring young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, co-founding WITSEND, a network supporting women to grow and lead, and supporting initiatives to encourage more women into STEM. Born in Denmark and having lived and worked across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, Rikke brings a global perspective to entrepreneurship and innovation. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, taking risks, and the value of trying new ideas and experiencing the world. She is an Ambassador for Futures For All and delivers talks for the organisation.
