Robert van der Kolk was named nVent’s President of EMEA and APAC in 2025 and prior to that he served as President of Electrical Connections since 2017 before the separation from Pentair.  Prior to joining nVent, van der Kolk was Vice President of Engineered & Fastening Solutions at Pentair. Previously, he held several leadership roles at ERICO including Executive Vice President of Sales. Additional roles include Plant Superintendent and Production Manager for Cargill in the Netherlands and Germany. Van der Kolk holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University in Delft, Netherlands.
