Seb Pace leads Customer Success at Ploy, working directly with customers to shape the company’s product and direction. He joined in 2024 as a Founder Associate, supporting the research and strategy behind Ploy’s recent £2.5 million funding round and playing a key role in the company’s evolution from Shadow IT discovery to a modern platform that governs identities and access. Deeply customer-centric in his approach, Seb partners closely with organisations to understand real-world access challenges and translate them into product improvements – including the launch of Luna, Ploy’s AI-driven identity agent designed to enable real-time access changes and more intelligent, automated identity operations.
