Simon leads the Critical Infrastructure business at BCS, the global data centre consultancy, specialising in the modernisation, development and expansion of legacy data centre sites in addition to advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. He brings over twenty five years experience in consultancy environments, specialising in mission-critical assets and data centre strategy throughout Europe. Simon is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, experienced leader and frequent contributor to industry discourse through published articles. Simon has successfully built and led teams delivering specialist mission critical commercial consultancy in banking, finance, media and energy with a client centred focus on solutions that deliver value, meeting requirements for business continuity and high levels of project governance. He is particularly focussed on building strong relationships with his clients, helping them extract value from their technical assets in an environmentally responsible way whether modernising, developing or disposing.
