Sochima Okoye is an Offensive Security Consultant at S-RM Intelligence and Risk Consulting, a consultancy that helps organisations manage complex risk, by providing services in cyber advisory, offensive security and incident response. With almost 8 years of industry experience, Sochima holds certifications with AWS, CREST and AgilePM and has previously spoken at numerous industry events such as Blue Team Con Chicago. Overall, her combined experience has enabled her to blend technical expertise with effective project leadership and delivery. With capabilities in multiple areas of security, she has a proven track record of managing security assessments across complex environments and has as guided numerous organisations through the realities of modern cyber risk. Sochima is also a key driver behind her team's cloud security innovation. Her current work focuses on automating the identification of security issues across cloud environments, helping organisations address risks before they evolve into real‑world threats. Beyond her technical contributions, Sochima acts as a UK&I Partnerships Lead at Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), collaborating with companies to build strategic initiatives that expand opportunities for women in cyber. She also sits on the organising committee for fwd:cloudsec Europe, helping deliver cutting‑edge cloud‑security research to practitioners across the industry.
