Dr Sonali Kinra is Deputy Medical Director at North Central London Integrated Care Board, where she leads system-wide transformation programs to improve population health and reduce inequalities. A GP with over 15 years’ experience, she has held national leadership roles at NHS England and served as a Trustee Board Member for the Royal College of General Practitioners. Sonali is passionate about integrating digital health and evidence-based innovation into care pathways, championing equitable adoption of technology to improve access, outcomes and experience for patients and workforce. Her work spans clinical governance, workforce development, and strategic partnerships across sectors, with a focus on embedding safety and responsibility in healthcare delivery. Recognized as a Rising Star at the HSJ Awards and recipient of BAPIO Award for Professional Excellence, Sonali combines frontline clinical insight with strategic acumen. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at London Business School to further drive impactful healthcare transformation.
