Stephen Nwoye is a Senior Data Engineer at the NHS and co-founder of The AI Workshop, designing and building modern data platforms across healthcare, AI, and cloud environments. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and works at the intersection of research and practice, helping organisations move from experimentation to responsible, scalable AI adoption. Stephen is passionate about treating data as a product, building architectures that endure beyond individuals, and empowering teams — and young people — to use data and AI with confidence and purpose.
