Steven McFadden is a senior data centre industry leader, with over 20 years’ experience rooted in architecture, construction, and the wider built environment across EMEA. Currently EMEA Data Centre Sales & Marketing Director at Prism DCS (a Leviton company), Steven works closely with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and developers to deliver scalable data centre solutions aligned with long-term sustainability and operational performance goals. Bringing a practical, delivery-focused perspective to sustainability, Steven bridges architectural design intent with real-world execution across complex data centre and critical infrastructure projects. His experience spans engineered building systems, product innovation, and infrastructure strategies focused on reducing embodied carbon, improving material efficiency, and enhancing whole-life performance. As a moderator, Steven combines technical insight, commercial leadership, and sustainability expertise to drive informed, meaningful discussion on the future of data centres.
