Taha Ouilali is an Energy Efficiency Engineer specializing in HVAC and smart, high performance buildings. He holds an engineering degree in energy efficiency and has built his career around optimizing thermal systems and advancing sustainable cooling technologies. Taha joined Eurovent Certification four years ago, initially serving as a Certification Client Manager across several product families, including cooling towers, coils, fan coils, and heat exchangers. Today, he is the Programme Manager for the Eurovent Cooling Tower and Drift Eliminator Certification Programme, where he leads the development, governance, and verification of certified performance in an increasingly demanding and fast evolving cooling market. His work focuses on ensuring verified thermal performance, energy efficient operation, and high quality drift reduction, supporting manufacturers and end users as they face rising cooling capacity requirements particularly in rapidly expanding sectors such as data centers and high density chip cooling applications. Taha also collaborates with internationally renowned institutions such as the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) to promote sustainable and efficient cooling solutions. His goal is to help deliver products to end users that reliably meet their specified performance, capacity, and efficiency expectations.
