Taonga Banda is a Cloud Solution Architect in Data and AI at Microsoft, where she specialises in designing scalable analytics and AI solutions using Microsoft technologies. She supports organisations across Finance, Manufacturing, Transport, Healthcare, and Government, helping them adopt data-driven technologies in ways that are secure, governed, and aligned to real business value. Taonga’s work has been featured in a Microsoft publication and an international magazine, and she was a finalist at the Black Tech Achievement Awards. Alongside her technical role, she is deeply committed to advancing diversity and equity in technology. She leads and contributes to community initiatives that expand digital skills, broaden participation in STEM, and advocate for inclusive technology ecosystems. Taonga is not only passionate about technology but is dedicated to ensuring AI-enabled workplaces are fair, representative, and accessible to all.
