Vera Modenova is the Chief Operating Officer at Flowwow, bringing 9 years of leadership experience in customer experience and operations within the e-commerce sector. Together with her team, she is building a “glocal” marketplace model that empowers local entrepreneurs while serving customers worldwide. Vera began her journey at Flowwow at the age of 21, handing out leaflets at an exhibition. Within just four years, she grew from a student role into an ambitious COO with a strong growth-driven mindset. Her determination and passion for helping local businesses succeed have led her to oversee Flowwow’s international expansion into 40+ countries and to double the company’s growth year over year.
