Vlada Zdorovenko is a Design Manager at Tesco Technology, where she leads design strategy for AI-driven platforms, turning advanced data science into practical, human-centred solutions. With over a decade of experience driving innovation at global brands including Sberbank, Kia, and Nissan, she now specialises in complex enterprise AI, most recently shaping a simulation platform and supplychain security initiatives that make sophisticated models reliable, trusted, and user-focused. With a background in sociology and customer experience, Vlada applies a behavioural lens to complex systems, helping users engage confidently with automation, predictive tools, and decision support. She is a champion of re sponsible and inclusive AI, embedding transparency, explainability, and trust while advancing design maturity and research excellence across teams. Recognised internationally across industry and academia, Vlada lectures on UX/UI Design at Regent’s University London and publishes thought leadership in Data Science Central, The European Business Review, Startups Magazine UK, and HackerNoon, contributing actively to the global design and technology community. A committed mentor and advocate for diversity in tech, Vlada  serves as an organiser for Ladies Who Tech and supports highimpact programmes such as Startupbootcamp and Women in Tech, sharing insights on how creativity, data, and inclusive design are shaping the next generation of AI innovation.
