Zac Potts is Head of Sustainability and Innovation at Sudlows, where he leads the company’s strategic approach to sustainable design and forward-thinking technical solutions. Having joined Sudlows in 2010 as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, Zac has progressed through a series of senior roles including Senior Technical Designer, Design Manager and Associate Director of Data Centre Design. An Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer and former recipient of the prestigious Data Centre Dynamics Young Mission Critical Engineer of the Year award, Zac is widely recognised within the data centre sector for his technical expertise and industry insight. He is also a regular contributor to industry publications, sits on The DCA Data Centre Advisory Council and an active participant in focused presentations and panel discussions. In his current role, Zac spearheads Sudlows’ Sustainability and Innovation Department, working closely with internal teams and the wider supply chain to develop practical, future-focused solutions that address the technical and environmental challenges facing customers across the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors.
