AI, Humanity & Security: Protecting Trust in an Autonomous Digital World

05 Mar 2026
Cloud & Cyber Security Expo Keynote Theatre
AI Security & Resilience Identity-Driven Security

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping every part of human life, from how societies function and how economies grow, to how citizens interact with digital services. But as AI systems become more autonomous, more integrated into critical infrastructure, and more deeply embedded in decision-making, a new set of questions emerges: How do we protect humanity, trust, and societal stability in an AI-driven world?

This panel examines the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, ethics and human resilience. We explore how AI shifts the balance between attackers and defenders, how algorithmic decisions impact people’s rights and lives, and how nations can build guardrails that protect human values without suppressing innovation. Topics include AI-driven cyber threats, digital identity, deepfakes, safety of autonomous systems, quantum-era risks, and the ethical dilemmas of using AI in policing, critical services, and national security.

Bringing together experts across AI, cybersecurity, policy, and emerging technologies, this discussion will identify how organisations can ensure AI serves humanity, safely, responsibly, and securely."
